Flame-retardant board, as its name implies, is a relatively flame-retardant plate. In fact, some people still know about the flame retardant board, but most people do not know enough about the flame retardant board. Flame-retardant panels are widely used in our life. Many people only know that they are mainly used in the partition position of the commercial square. In the past, 90% of the flame-retardant panels were used only for commercial real estate, but now they are widely used, and the production of Exhibition cabinets is no exception. Following is the way to introduce the relevant knowledge for you:
First, what is flame retardant board?
Flame retardant board (also known as flame retardant board, flame retardant plywood). Flame retardant plywood is a three-layer or multi-layer plywood, which is made up of logs rotated into wood chips or wood squares planed into small wooden blocks. After flame retardant treatment, wood chips are bonded with adhesives. Usually, odd-layer wood chips are used and the fibre directions of adjacent wood chips are perpendicular to each other. Flame-retardant plywood produced with wood as the main raw material can largely overcome the defects of wood due to its reasonable structure and fine processing, thus greatly improving and improving the physical and mechanical properties of wood. In addition, it overcomes the flammability of ordinary plywood and effectively improves the flame-retardant properties of plywood. Flame-burning board has five characteristics of flame retardancy, smoke suppression, anti-corrosion, insect prevention and stability, so it can be said that it has strong practicability.
First of all, we should make it clear that the fire-retardant board can be divided into four grades. At present, the grades of flame retardant panels on the market mainly include: A1, A2, B and C. According to GB8624-1997 "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products", they are classified into: A-class non-combustible materials: A-class homogeneous materials and A-class composite (sandwich) materials; B-class combustible materials: B1-class materials and B2-class materials and B3-class materials. According to GB8624-2006 Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products, it can be divided into A1, A2, B, C, D, E and F levels. The grade B1 flame retardant board of 1997 standard can correspond to the grade B and C flame retardant board of 2006 standard. But the most common flame retardant board in the board market basically belongs to grade B fire-retardant grade. The wood used for flame-retardant board is fire-retardant wood. Flame-retardant phenolic plywood, flame-retardant medium density fiberboard and flame-retardant plywood are all referring to flame-retardant board.
