1). How long would it take to ship the displays from China to Europe (France – UK)?
If it's base port, it will take 22-26 days. If not, it will be take about 30 days.
2).What are your quality control procedures and guaranties?
We cooperate with many big brand, such as Dead Sea, LAKA. They have a very high requirement on the quality.
For the details of the quality control, we mainly have three procedures :
1. What's the material such as the MDF, tempered glass, LED strips etc., we use are all with high quality, passed CE, RoHS, CE certification etc., have material control department to check and test the material.
2. We have a very professional and strict quality control team to check the quality.
3.We can take pictures of each procedures: wooden, painting, ironing, installing and send them to you.
4.You or you can ask the third part to our factory to check the quality.
